At build end, we provide a non-bias independent ‘Snagging’ inspection service for Developers, Builders, and Home buyers. The service is designed to further enhance the quality of the finished property. It is a detailed inspection to highlight what Home buyers will find when they take occupation.

Property Inspections & Audits

Generally, it is not until someone moves into the property that some faults come to light. The aim of the Property Inspection is to minimise these issues, to ensure a smooth transition from builder to home buyer and maintain a consistent high-level quality of finish throughout.

Home Demonstrations

Our aim is to fully meet home buyers’ expectations by giving reliable, consistent, professional Home Demonstrations, time after time. We ensure buyers feel comfortable with the process, have the essentials within the property and communal areas explained, and are given a written record of what was covered.

Expertise

We visit each site and research the key items buyers need to know about the property and common areas, as well as the system and services.

Our people concentrate on the essentials and are qualified and experienced in their field, giving you peace of mind that your buyers will be treated professionally and informed correctly about the systems and services within their new home.
If our people do not have the answer, the question will be noted and followed up to ensure buyers get an appropriate response.

New Build Handovers

On the day of completion, we arrange to meet buyers on site. We run through the handover process and encourage them to give the property a final check to make sure nothing has gone wrong since the last visit.

Professional Handover

Items explained at home demonstration which buyers are unsure of can be run through again. Meter readings are recorded and sent to the utility providers.

An update is given on outstanding Snags and any questions raised previously. Upon confirmation from the solicitor that funds have been received, keys are handed over.
