Whitehill was set up to work within the new build property sector in the Midlands providing independent new build handover services for developers and home buyers.
Background
Despite having a quality product, many developers struggle with the consistency of Property Handovers. Generally, they are carried out by salespeople who would rather be selling, or by build personnel with little understanding for customer service.
As a result, many new residents are left feeling ‘cheated’, with many questions and no answers, which can lead to unnecessary frustration. The long-term effect is a poor reputation for developers/builders in an ever increasing immediate and very public social media market.
Developers are losing out with the inconvenience and high costs of belatedly putting wrongs right.
There is a real need to offer a more professional and consistent approach to achieve a cost-effective solution and to help get it right first time for developers as well as home buyers.
